Daryn Brewer is a familiar face on the Portsmouth property scene, and is the force behind the growing Pro Pods collection. Born into a building family, Daryn has extensive experience in property renovations. He’s been a property agent for twenty years, consults on property investment and has owned a successful lettings and property management business.

Daryn’s commitment to excellence is evident in his significant achievement of winning the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2024 alongside fellow HMO property experts, Wendy Whittaker-Large and Matt Baker, for their instrumental role in changing the law on Council Tax. In addition, Daryn’s leadership earned him the Entrepreneur of the Year title, and Pro Pods was honoured as Overall Business of the Year at The News Business Excellence Awards in 2022.
