Our first pod in Gosport has arrived! This pod is situated in the Gosport high street and plenty of local amenities on your doorstep including the Gosport ferry where you can hop on over to Portsmouth & Southsea within 10 minutes to commute or explore the City.
Comprising of 7 spacious ensuite rooms, all tastefully decorated and perfect for professionals with busy lives, even prepared for working from home with our separate study room on the top floor. We have a cosy communal lounge with patio doors leading to an enclosed fully decked garden – perfect for those long summer nights with plenty of outdoor seating. The 52inch communal TV also boats from full Virgin media package including Sky Sports & Sky Cinema for all housemates to enjoy together. We have a fully equipped modern kitchen which is great for cooking & socialising, with a separate utility room including washing machine, tumble drier, basin unit and storage for laundry products (don’t forget we supply irons & iron boards for our propodian too!)

We know how important it is to have peace of mind, when it comes to feeling secure in your home. All external entrances to our properties have an electronic keypad passcode access, for ease and enhanced security. Every bedroom is lockable, as our tenants privacy and safety is paramount. The outdoor spaces are enclosed, private and padlocked.
A thorough weekly clean of the communal areas is supplemented by additional services, including regular oven and hob cleaning, glass bottle collection and recycling and washing machine & dishwasher cleaning. Communal products, such as bin bags, cleaning products, kitchen rolls and cloakroom toilet rolls are provided.
